Aims:

To improve the quality of life for deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people throughout Scotland.

Services provided:

  • Information, advice and support to deaf people, their families, friends, carers and associated professionals
  • Act as a forum for organisations working with and on behalf of deaf and deafblind people
  • Information road shows
  • Liaison with the Scottish Executive and local authorities on issues regarding deafness.
