Aims:
To provide respite for carers by providing four days day-care to People Living with Dementia, the elderly, people with physical, mental or sensory impairment. To enable people, if they wish, to remain in their own homes as long as possible. To provide information and support to all carers, provide additional support to those in crisis, their carers and dependants
Services provided:
- Day care service to people with dementia
- Day care service to frail / older people
- Home support (care at home)
- Holiday respite
- Carers support group.
- Transportation to from day care.

Office: 9.00am – 4.00pm
Day care: 10.30am – 3.00pm.
