A group of parents and professionals who can offer support and information to those with ADHD, their families and professionals


  • To support children young people and adults with ADHD To empower parents/carers of children with ADHD to feel more confident in supporting their child within the home, at school and within the community.
  • To provide a portal for information about ADHD To raise awareness of ADHD and increase public education about this condition To promote the positive qualities of ADHD


Services provided:

The group have regular parent to parent support meetings and talks and offer telephone support for anyone who wishes to talk about issues concerning ADHD. Parent to parent support meetings provide an opportunity to chat to others in a relaxed and confidential setting.  They also share experiences and strategies and focus on the positive aspects of ADHD.


Membership is free.
