This month we are celebrating all things seasonal, from accessible carol performances to surviving Christmas as a carer. Sometimes people find the festive period hard to cope with. Everyone else looks like they are having a great time and it can be hard to deal with the added stress of Christmas and New Year. In our blog this month we are talking about the Pressure of Christmas.
