Submit new Directory Entry

If you would like to submit details of a new organisation to be added to the Directory, please use the form below. The details you submit will be sent to Disability Information Scotland for approval before being published in the Directory.

  • Local authority areas where your organisation operates
  • Please select the topics which best describe the areas in which your organisation works.
