The national card entitles the holder to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema.
To apply for the card, a person needs to meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance
- Be a registered blind person
- Personal Independence Payment and Armed Forces Independence Payment.
The card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Application forms can be collected from participating cinemas, or printed off from the website.
