Aims:

To offer a confidential service for anyone affected by the death of a child of any age, at any time, under any circumstances.

Services provided:

A confidential listening service to provide emotional support for families, other relatives, friends and professionals who have suffered the death of a child.
The helpline is staffed by bereaved parents (not bereavement counsellors), who have undergone a training course to prepare them to listen and support anyone affected by the death of a child.
Service is run from Great Ormond Street and Alder Hey Hospital.

Opening hours:

Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 1.00
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Every evening, 7.00pm – 10.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
