Aims:

Hyperclub’s aim is to support children, adults & elderly people to access activities and promote independence, supporting them to build friendships and confidence to access other public service’s.

Services provided:

Hyperclub works and communicates with the local schools and various groups such as Kindred support and Autism Scotland, also various  GP surgery’s, ADHD clinics. We receive weekly referrals from various health professionals requesting support and stimulating activities or educational learning. They run on a daily basis, with various activity rooms available on a booking in system, this includes a sensory/tactile room, memory, gaming, arts & crafts, music, training kitchen & salon, soft play, and many more amazing fun activities. The children enjoy educational activities and work well together or on a one to one basis. All staff and volunteers are police checked and have various skills and experience within the care sector, we are very person centered and treat each person as an individual with different preferences and choice. They have many guests that come along to perform entertainment or talks from the police or fire station about health and safety and stranger danger.  They have also had a doctor along to talk and offer advice to the parents and guardians helping to explain and support various topics they may have concerns about. We have now relocated to a larger building were we have taken the feedback from our existing service users and created a facility fit for their purpose, the choices they have recommended that they needed in their local area, this includes a large changing room with hydraulic changing bed and hoist suitable for the carers to access with their service user to ensure a more comfortable and longer visit while accessing their activities.
