Digi-PALS!

Free digital support sessions in Glasgow libraries

Services provided:

Do you or someone you know need help to use a Computer, Tablet, Laptop, Book-reader or Smartphone.
If so, help is on hand at Glasgow Libraries. Ask about this FREE service at your local library. Volunteers are ready and will happily help you with basic IT skills on a one-to-one basis.

Sessions are run on a drop-in basis and our friendly volunteers can assist with various digital and online activities including:

  • printing and scanning
  • using the internet and email
  • sending attachments such as a C.V
  • navigating online forms
  • job searches
  • downloading apps or e-books
  • transferring photographs from a digital camera to a computer, disc or memory stick
  • sending text messages…………………………….and much more!
