A means tested grant programme to provide financial assistance for people with a disability to enjoy a modest UK Holiday.
Supported activity holidays for young people and adults
TeensPLUS programme provides challenges to be completed at home as well as working with schools and organisations to arrange funded day trips.
A Carer programme to help preserve the the health and well-being of people who are caring for those with disabilities.
