A charity which assists the public with various issues

Aims:

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their need effectively.

Services provided:

Provide free, impartial, confidential and independent information and advice to members of the public.
Help can be given with filling in forms, benefit entitlement, advocacy on behalf of clients or explaining the rights and responsibilities under the law.
Provide advice on benefits, consumer problems, employment issues, housing problems, debt and any other general problems encountered.

We have an outreach service which operates on Wednesdays (10am to 1pm) and Fridays by appointment only. This can be found at Burnhead Parish Church in Viewpark. 92-94 Laburnum Rd, Uddingston, Glasgow G71 5DB.
