Services provided:
Sign Language Interpreters have undergone training which enables them to assist with communication between deaf and hearing people.
e.g. The general public, Service providers, In the work place
They will:
- Interpret between British Sign Language and spoken English
- Give information on issues relating to interpreting
- Keep all information of appointments/meetings strictly confidentail
- Enable a deaf person to access information, resources and services directly
They will not
Give advice or take sides.
An advance booking of 21 days is advisable.
Opening hours:
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 1.00pm
Outwith these times calls will be answered by an answering machine.
