Renfrewshire Respite Bureau organises short stays away from home where you can enjoy a break from your normal routine.
The Bureau has been set up to make it easier and quicker for service users and carers to access the respite they need.
Their respite coordinator can offer advice and information to people with learning disabilities and their carers about the availability of respite services and how to access them.
Carers and service users who have had an assessment of their needs can contact the bureau directly and discuss their preferred dates, locations and available vacancies in a number of respite services.
If you, or the person you care for haven’t had an assessment of your needs and think you want one, the Respite Bureau can arrange this for you at a time that is convenient to you.
