Support care experienced young people and people with dementia and their carers

The Life Changes Trust is an independent charity, established in April 2013 with a £50 million endowment from the BIG Lottery Fund (BIG) Scotland.   The Trust’s mission is to facilitate and support transformational improvements in the quality of life, well-being, empowerment and inclusion of two key groups in Scotland:

Delivering through collaboration, strategic funding and influencing activities, the Life Changes Trust will work with others to ensure that care experienced young people and people affected by dementia are supported to live as fully valued members of their communities, and that their individual physical, social and emotional needs are met.
