The SCVO Credit Union is an association which encourages members to save on a regular basis. These savings are pooled and used to give loans to members. Members can borrow money for ANY purpose. Anyone who is employed by, or is a regular volunteer with, an SCVO member organisation is eligible to join – as are their partners and family members resident at the same address.
Prospective borrowers should note they have to bea member for three months to be eligible for a loan. Members can borrow up to three times savings.
