Aims:

  • To act as a co-ordinating body to which other societies may affiliate.

Services provided:

NCWGB research, consult, debate, hold seminars, monitor new legislation and respond to government consultations on a wide range of issues. They work with schools, colleges and universities through our Young Women’s link, which includes intergenerational seminars with workshops that help formulate NCW resolutions and policy. They have over forty women’s organisations affiliated to then.Organise national conferences.

Publications:

Newsletter produced six times a year and general information leaflets.
