Telephone lines are open on Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 4.30pm and Fridays 9am to 4pm.
Free web chat
A free service operated by trained volunteers is available during term time
Monday 9.30am-12.30pm, Tuesday 8.00pm-10.00pm, Wednesday 9.30am-12.30pm.
They also provide a dedicated telephone consultancy service, free for family and school members of Potential Plus UK and £36 (VAT inclusive) for a 30 minutes’ appointment for non-members.
