Music in Hospitals & Care (MiHC) is a charity providing live music sessions for people who are receiving care or treatment in healthcare settings across the UK. They deliver a wide range of programmes by professional musicians. Programmes are tailor made for the audience. Music that can be provided includes classical, operas and musicals, folk, country and western and special programmes for children. The music is designed to humanise clinical settings, reach and connect people, encourage communication and evoke memories.
