Mesogeios Dialysis Centre has 30 Dialysis machines (Fresenius 5008S) including dialysis machines in separate dialysis areas, for Hepatitis B and C dialysis patients.
The dialysis guests can book their holiday package (flight and hotel) from their own country, through a travel agency, either in Amoudara or in another tourist region in the area of Heraklion (Agia Pelagia, Gouves, Hersonissos, Stalis, Malia).
They can also suggest to the patients a travel agency in the United Kingdom, from whom they can receive all necessary information about flights and hotels in Crete. Dialysis transfer is free of charge.
MESOGEIOS also has a travel agency for hotel reservations, excursions, and any other tourist information that the dialysis guests need during their holidays in Crete. The staff speak English, German, French, Italian, Dutch and Greek.
Staff are available 24 hours a day for simple advice or for emergencies.
There are lounges and an automatic sales machine for snacks and drinks on the ground floor for guests and accompanying persons. There is also a swimming pool for the use of guests and accompanying persons.
Separate changing rooms and showers.
Opening hours:
Mesogeios operates from Monday till Saturday in three dialysis shifts (07.00am, 12.00 noon and 5.00pm).

EHIC is accepted as full payment for the dialysis cost.
