Description:
First ScotRail provides train services within Scotland and Sleeper services to London Euston. First ScotRail aim to make travelling easier for disabled customers, including specially designed facilities on both day and overnight trains.
First ScotRail also aims to provide all necessary assistance to disabled customers throughout their network, whether this has been booked in advance or not.
However, a number of First ScotRail stations are unstaffed, and others are only staffed part time. It is recommended that arrangements are made in
advance whenever possible to ensure that they are able to meet a customer and help them accordingly.
If a customer has any special needs, they are advised to contact First ScotRail Assisted Travel.
