Provide free independent information and advice to members of the public.

Services provided:

Provide free, impartial, confidential and independent information and advice to members of the public.
Help can be given with filling in forms, benefit entitlement, advocacy on behalf of clients or explaining the rights and responsibilities under the law.
Provide advice on benefits, consumer problems, employment issues, housing problems, relationship troubles, debt and any other general problems encountered.

Outreach service specifically for asylum seekers/ refugees residing in the East End of Glasgow: 200 Bellrock Street Cranhill – Mondays 10.00am – 1.00pm and Wednesdays, 10.00am – 4.00pm.

The CAB also offers a home visiting service for residents of the Greater Easterhouse area whose access is impeded through disability and / or carer responsibilities.
Operating hours are Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 4.00pm.
