Aims:
To provide professional housing advice, information and advocacy to disabled people, their families and carers.
Services provided:
- Telephone or face to face advice, information and advocacy on housing options for disabled people, their families and carers.
- Provide a hospital visiting service to local hospitals to disabled patients who are unable to return home due to disability.
- Advice on applying for housing
- Signposting to other related services

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 3pm
